I am an experienced, qualified Personal Trainer with Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instruction and Personal Training from Premier Global / NASM.
Member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
I offer one-to-one training in my private fitness studio near Pulborough, West Sussex
I am passionate about exercise and helping my clients discover the countless benefits regular exercise can bring to their physical and mental health and general wellbeing. I believe strongly that a combination of good, balanced nutrition and regular exercise can ensure that you can be and feel the best version of yourself.
I have many years’ experience of training a broad range of clients from teenagers to mature adults in their 70s. I work closely with Pulborough Osteopathic Clinic and have helped many of their clients with strength and conditioning exercise programmes to improve Core Stability and general back health in conjunction with, and following osteopathic treatment.
I am also a health partner at Clinic51, a local women’s health and menopause clinic and offer introductory strength training courses there.
My passion is running and I love to run on the lanes and bountiful trails around my home as well as up on the beautiful South Downs. Over the years, I have trained for and competed in numerous 10K and Half Marathon races locally and further afield. I ran the London Marathon in 2013, Paris Marathon in 2019 and Edinburgh Marathon in 2022 where I achieved an age-group time qualification entry to the prestigious Boston Marathon in the USA which I ran in 2023. I also enjoy strength training and Pilates/Yoga to complement my running and overall fitness.

Personal Training with me offers you a programme of one-to-one sessions which are tailor-made to meet and achieve your short or long-term fitness goals.
I listen to your goals, select exercises to achieve those goals while also taking into account any past or recurring injuries or niggles you may have, so you will never feel ‘broken’ after a session!
My aim is always to make you fitter, stronger and physically more resilient by compiling sessions which are well-planned, varied and appropriately challenging, but enjoyable too!
As part of my Personal Training service I will also provide you with nutritional advice to ensure you have the knowledge to follow a healthy, balanced diet.
Prices
A Personal Training session lasts for 1 hour and consists of a warm-up, main set of exercises followed by a cool down and appropriate stretches. I recommend a block of 8 sessions to maximise the benefits of Personal Training and to fully achieve your fitness goals.
Sessions can take place in my fitness studio at Winterfields Farm near Pulborough, West Sussex. The studio is equipped with a wide range of strength training and functional exercise equipment. Given its private, rural location, sessions can also take place outdoors.
